Tightly access-controlled ingress/egress from our facilities
Strategically placed, 24-hour CCTV surveillance
New customers must provide proof of identity, proof of address, and a photo identification – We know who is allowed to be on our property and who isn’t
Electrified perimeter fencing
A system-linked personal tag that logs and controls personal access
Your personal padlock and key on your unit
Fire extinguishers and fire detection

Prohibited and Hazardous Items

To further protect your property from danger, exeQspace prohibits the storage of certain hazardous materials and chemicals. These include, but are not limited to, the following:

Flammable liquids, including petrol
Full or empty gas cylinders
Toxic, pollutants or contaminated goods
Food or perishable goods
Living plants or animals
Firearms, ammunition or explosives
Radioactive materials
Cash and securities
All waste products
All illegal goods are strictly prohibited

exeQspace strongly recommends that any items being entered into storage be protected beforehand as best possible. The use of high-quality cardboard boxes, bubble wrap for fragile objects, and adhesive tape achieves this.

Fortunately, you don’t have to go box hunting – we provide everything you’ll need at budget prices. Protecting your stored items needn’t cost an arm and leg.

Additionally, our expert staff will assist you in choosing the right amount of packaging materials and will advise you on how to package your goods for proper storage.

As a very general rule of thumb, however, the following may help you in estimating the number of boxes that’ll be required:

Single bedroom flat: 20-40 boxes
2-bedroom house: 30-50 boxes
3-bedroom house: 40-70 boxes
4-bedroom house: 50-80 boxes
